How do I track my luggage?

In order to follow the processing of your missing baggage declaration, you can log on to the follow-up of my missing baggage (in case your flight number starts with ‘TO’) or the Manage your delayed baggage report form (in case your flight number starts with ‘HV’). To do this, please use the file number that was given to you at the end of your online declaration, or by our staff when you declared your baggage at the airport. 

As soon as your baggage has been found, we will contact you to arrange delivery.
