What refund will I receive if I cancel my booking or don’t take my flight?

If you cancel your booking yourself or didn’t take your flight, the costs of your booking are non-refundable. This includes your ticket(s) and any extras such as seat reservations and hold luggage.

What can be refunded, however, are all the taxes, fees, and surcharges you paid. You’ll find these listed in your booking confirmation. Examples include aviation tax and airport charges.

Is it a case of force majeure?
If there are exceptional circumstances, you can try to reclaim your costs through your travel insurance.
