How do I resell my ticket to Transavia?
Can't travel after all? You can easily offer your ticket via our resale platform. If your ticket is eligible for resale, you will receive a refund of up to 50% of your ticket price. Airport taxes are always fully refunded.
When can you offer your ticket for resale?
Your booking must meet several conditions. Tickets that are not eligible:
- You booked the Max fare
- You booked the Flex option
- You paid in a currency other than euros
- You have changed your booking (for example your flight or name)
- You booked through a travel agency (this does not apply to bookings through our Service Centre)
- You have already checked in
- It is a group or business booking
- You paid (partially) with Flying Blue Miles
- Your flight departs within 12 hours
- You made the booking less than 72 hours ago
Is the resale of my ticket guaranteed?
That depends on the demand for your flight. If you offer your ticket for resale, you will see one of these statuses:
- Guaranteed Resale: your sale is guaranteed.
- Pending Resale: your sale is not yet certain.
Good to know: as long as your ticket hasn't been resold, you can cancel your request.
How do I resell my ticket?
Log in to My Transavia and click on ‘Resell your ticket’.
Choose which flight you want to resell, for example the outbound flight, the inbound flight or both.
Good to know: the resale applies to all passengers within the same booking.
You can submit a resale request up to 12 hours before the departure of your flight. Your ticket will be offered for resale up to one hour before departure.
Your refund
If your ticket has been resold, you will receive an email with the status ‘Resold’ and the amount of your refund. We will pay this within 72 hours to the same account you used for payment. If you used several payment methods, the refund will be split accordingly.

Important: you will only be refunded if your ticket is actually resold.
Is your ticket still valid if it is not resold?
Yes. As long as your ticket has not been resold, it remains valid for travel.
You can cancel your resale request at any time in the 'Manage your Resales' section.
Please note: if you make any changes to your booking, your resale request will be cancelled automatically.
