Notification of assistance at the airport

If you have mobility issues and require assistance at the airport, then you can apply for assistance up to 48 hours before departure. You can notify us of this when booking your flight, online via My Transavia or by calling the Service Centre. Also indicate what you can and cannot do so we can take that into account.

We differentiate between three forms of immobility:

  1. Passengers who are able to walk short distances and use stairs independently;
  2. Passengers who are able to walk short distances but who are unable to use stairs independently;
  3. You are not able to walk and need to be lifted into your seat.

In all cases, it is important that you are at the airport at least 2 hours before departure of your flight.
