Booking confirmation
The booking confirmation includes all the information about your booking, such as your booking number. You can also use it to log on to My Transavia. Read more in our FAQs.
If you have booked a flight, you will receive a Transavia booking confirmation. This contains all the information about your booking, such as your booking number. Use this number to log into My Transavia. My Transavia is where you can request a Transavia invoice, for example, which can be useful when claiming travel expenses or for your own administration. Log in and complete all the required fields. Download starts automatically when you click on ‘download payment confirmation’. Please bear in mind that a Transavia invoice can only be requested if you have made your booking directly through our website. If you had a Transavia booking confirmation but have lost it, please go to our website and request the booking confirmation again. This is also only an option if you have booked directly through Transavia. It may also be the case that you have not received your Transavia booking confirmation. There may be a number of causes behind this: the email is in the spam folder, you entered an incorrect email address, or the Transavia payment has failed. In the last two instances, contact our Service Centre in order to have your email address or payment verified.
