It didn’t work? There could be another reason. Maybe you entered an incorrect email address at the time of booking. Please contact us to check your email address. You will then receive a booking confirmation at a later date.

It’s also possible that your payment wasn’t completed. In that case, you’ll receive an email with a new payment link within 45 minutes. You can complete your booking with this link. Didn’t receive an email? This means your booking wasn’t completed successfully. We recommend making a new booking.
