Why am I unable to reserve a seat?
You can reserve a seat up to 30 hours before departure via My Transavia. Didn’t reserve a seat in advance? You will be assigned one. During online check-in, you can still change your seat for a fee. Once you’ve checked in online, you can no longer make any changes to your booking.
The following passengers will not be able to reserve a seat:
- passengers who are unable to walk (e.g. wheelchair users)
- passengers who require extra oxygen on board
- passengers travelling with a pet in the cabin
- unaccompanied children aged 5 to 11 years
We will make sure these passengers are assigned the most suitable seats.
