Use a suitable travel carrier to transport your pet. Your pet must stay in the carrier, which must be closed from the moment you entre the aircraft. Place this piece of hand luggage under the seat in front of you. Your pet must remain inside the carrier throughout the flight. You are also not allowed to open or move the carrier during the flight.
Always follow the crew’s instructions on board for a safe flight for you and your pet.
Give your pet a light meal and some water up to two hours before departure. If you have a dog, please walk your dog shortly before departure. Your pet will not be able to eat or drink during the flight.
