How much does it cost to change my flight?
Change fees depend on the fare you selected. At the time of booking, you chose the Basic, Smart, Plus, or Max fare.
Basic and Smart fares
To change the date or time of your flight, or to modify your itinerary, you must pay a change fee. This amounts to €60* per seat, per flight. If your new ticket is more expensive, you must also pay the fare difference compared to the original ticket.
Flex
Did you select the “Flex” option during booking for €10 per person, per one-way trip? And would you like to change the time and/or date of your flight? In that case, you will not pay any change fees. However, if your new ticket is more expensive, you will need to pay the fare difference compared to the original ticket.
Please note: With the Flex option, you can modify your flight up to 12 hours before departure for flights to/from the Netherlands or Belgium (flight number starts with HV, e.g. HV6003), and up to 2 hours before departure for flights to/from France (flight number starts with TO, e.g. TO7604). You can reschedule your trip up to one year after booking.
Plus fare
You can change the date, time, and/or itinerary as often as you like up to 14 days before departure. No change fees apply. However, if your new ticket is more expensive, you must pay the fare difference.
If you wish to modify your flight within 14 days before departure, you will pay €65* for a name change or €60* for any other modification per seat and per flight. You will also pay the fare difference if the new ticket is more expensive.
Max fare
You may change the date, time, and/or itinerary of your flight as often as you like up to two hours before departure. No change fees apply. However, if your new ticket is more expensive, you must pay the fare difference.
Please note:
- If you contact our customer service, the name change fee is €70.
- From March 12 onwards, any flight modification made 5 days or less before the original departure will cost €89 online and €99 via customer service.
- Modifications made 6 days or more before departure remain €60 online and €70 via our customer service.
