Must I let the airline know if one of the people I’m travelling with has an intellectual disability?

It is important for us to know whether a passenger has an intellectual disability. We can then take this into account during the flight. Are you travelling with a passenger who has an intellectual disability or do you have an intellectual disability? You can inform us of this up to 48 hours before the departure of your flight. You can notify us of this when booking your flight, online via My Transavia or by calling our Service Centre.
