How do I notify you that I want to travel with a wheelchair or scoot mobile?

If you have indicated that you are travelling with a wheelchair or mobility scooter, you will automatically receive an email with a link to a form. Here you enter information about your wheelchair or mobility scooter, such as the size, weight and type of battery. That way we can assess if we can transport it. Please fill out this form at least 48 hours before departure. We need time to properly assess your application. Is everything okay? Then you will receive a confirmation by email. You need this confirmation to travel. Did you not receive the email with the form? Please contact our Service Centre.
