When can I take my pet with me in the cabin?
To make the trip as pleasant as possible for everyone, we kindly ask you to make sure your pet is clean. Your pet must also not show any aggressive behaviour.
You may transport your pet in the cabin in a flexible pet carrier. A kennel made of hard plastic is not allowed. Your pet must stay in the carrier, which must be closed from the moment that you entre the aircraft. Place the carrier under the seat in front of you. For the safety of your pet and the passengers, you may not open or move the pet carrier during the flight. Are you and your travel companion(s) flying with 2 pets? It’s important to know that you cannot sit in the same row. This is for safety purposes.
Always follow the crew’s instructions on board for a safe flight. In addition to your pet, you may also bring one piece of hand luggage into the cabin.

Dimensions
Maximum dimensions per travel carrier: length 40 cm x width 30 cm x height 24 cm.
Weight

Age
Cats and dogs must be at least 15 weeks old.
Price
Price per pet per single flight: from €50 to €180, depending on the itinerary of your flight and sales volumes.*
All pet carriers must meet the following conditions:
- The carrier bag must be an official pet carrier, such as those sold at pet shops;
- The carrier must be fully closable;
- The pet carrier must be made of a flexible fabric. Hard plastic is not allowed;
- The carrier must have ventilation holes to provide your pet with enough oxygen;
- The carrier must have plastic windows so your pet can see outside;
- Your pet must have enough space to move around.
*Price varies depending on the destination and the number of remaining spots for pets in the cabin on the relevant flight.
Are you allergic to dogs/cats and sitting next to a pet? Let the crew know. They will then see what options are available to remedy the problem.
Please note: emotional support animals and small rodents (hamsters, rabbits, guinea pigs, etc.) are not accepted on board our flights. These small animals are easily stressed, and air travel involves a number of situations that could panic them: leaving their usual environment, airport noise, climate changes, handling and transportation by plane.
