How do I change my flight with Flex?

It is easy to change your flight in My Transavia. This is possible for HV flights up to 12 hours before departure. And for TO flights up to 2 hours before departure.

Good to know:

If you have bought a special option, such as a reserved seat, then you can contact our Service Centre to arrange the rebooking. The type of seat you want may not be available on the new flight and you can’t change that yourself online.
