What is Flex?

You can buy Flex when you book your ticket(s). For €10 per person, per trip, you can change the date and time of your flight an unlimited number of times, (flight number begins with HV, for example: HV6003) up to 12 hours before departure. You can do this for up to one year after the original booking, and is subject to availability. For flights to/from France (flight number begins with TO, for example: TO7604) it is possible to change your flight up to 2 hours before departure. With Flex you won’t have to pay a separate change fee, just the difference in ticket price. The main condition is that your travel party and destination remain the same.
