Booking cancellation

We realise that travel plans can change. If it is no longer possible to rebook your ticket, you can decide to cancel your entire booking.

How do I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking using the online contact form or by calling our Service Centre. If you did not book directly with Transavia but, for example, with a travel agency, you must contact them to cancel.

How much do I get refunded with a cancellation?

If you want to cancel your plane ticket, you can contact your insurance company. It is often possible to obtain a refund of the cost of your airline ticket through your cancellation insurance. We do not reimburse the cost of tickets. You can, however, claim a refund from us of the taxes you paid. You can cancel your booking using the online contact form or by calling our Service Centre. When doing this, an administration fee of €10 is charged. It is possible to claim a refund of taxes paid up to 3 months after the departure date of your flight.

How can I request a no-show statement?

If you did not to take your flight, you can obtain a ‘no show statement’. This can be done in My Transavia:
  1. Go to My Transavia 
  2. On the first page, select ‘No show statement’
  3. Click on ‘Continue’
  4. Enter the required details and click on ‘Download’
  5. The document will be downloaded automatically
