What will happen to my claim once I submit it?

You can submit various claims to Transavia, for example, for lost or damaged luggage, changed, delayed, or cancelled flights, or other types of claims.

If you submitted your claim in the right place, you will receive an email confirmation within a few minutes. You will receive a response within 3 to 6 weeks.
