How do I check in online?

You can check in online on your phone, tablet or computer, on our website or our app. This is possible from 30 hours up to 4 or 1 hour(s) before departure, depending on the destination. This information is available on your booking confirmation email, that you received when you made your booking.

For departure from Paris-Orly to non-Schengen countries, you can check-in up to 1h and 15 minutes before departure. 

You will receive an email containing a link which takes you directly to the online check-in.  After checking in, you can print or download your boarding pass on your smartphone.

You can also check in online for flights that have a stopover.

Did you not reserve your seat in advance? You will automatically be assigned one during online check-in. You will be able to change your seat for a fee, subject to availability.

Good to know: it’s better value to book a seat in advance. Want to sit together or enjoy extra legroom? Reserve your seat before checking in.

Travelling with a child under 12? We will make sure that you are seated next to each other. We can't guarantee that the whole travel group will be seated together.
