How do I check in online?

You can check in online on your phone, tablet or computer, on our website or our app. This is possible from 30 hours up to 4 or 1 hour(s) before departure, depending on the destination. This information is available on your booking confirmation email, that you received when you made your booking.

For departure from Paris-Orly to non-Schengen countries, you can check-in up to 1h and 15 minutes before departure. 

You will receive an email containing a link which takes you directly to the online check-in.  After checking in, you can print or download your boarding pass on your smartphone.

Please note that for some of our destinations and flights with an extra stopover, you can check in online but you cannot select a seat. On these flights, you will be assigned a seat.
