What are the opening hours for the check-in desks?

We strongly advise you to check-in online or on our Transavia app, from 30 hours before departure. This will enable you to choose your seat, your baggage options and obtain your boarding pass and save time at the airport.

We recommend that you arrive at the airport at least 2h30 before your flight's departure time, so that you can complete all your formalities. 

If you don't have any baggage to drop off and you have printed out your boarding pass online, you can go straight to your flight's boarding gate.

Please note that baggage drop-off counters close :

• 40 minutes before departure for flights to the Schengen area
• 75 minutes before departure for flights departing from Paris-Orly to international destinations (outside the Schengen area)
• 60 minutes before departure for all other flights

Beyond these times your bagage will not be accepted.
