What are the opening hours for the check-in desks?
To save time at the airport, check in directly on our Transavia app or online on our website from 30 hours before departure. This will allow you to choose your seat, your baggage options and obtain your boarding pass.
We recommend that you arrive at the airport at least 2.5 hours before your flight's departure time so that you can complete all your formalities with peace of mind.
If you do not have any hold baggage and you have your boarding pass, you can go directly to the boarding gate for your flight.
If you have hold baggage, please note that baggage drop-off counters close :
- 75 minutes before departure for flights departing from Paris-Orly to a country outside the Schengen area and flights departing from Dakar
- 45 minutes for flights departing from Tirana
- 40 minutes before departure for domestic flights in France or within the Schengen area
- 60 minutes before departure for all other flights
After this time, we will not be able to accept your baggage.
