How can I withdraw from my travel insurance?
Did you take out travel insurance through Transavia and Chubb and would you like to cancel it? You have the right to withdraw from your insurance within 14 calendar days of purchase, without giving any reason and without any costs.
To do so, notify Chubb before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired and before the departure date of your trip. Use the link at the bottom of this page to do this.
Please note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to travel insurance policies with a duration of less than one month. If you have already submitted a claim under this policy, the right of withdrawal may not apply.
