Delayed flight

We are doing our very best to bring you to your destination on time. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts your flight may be delayed. We very much regret this inconvenience. When this happens, we do everything we can to take good care of our passengers. Has your flight been delayed? Below you will find an overview of your rights and how to request a reimbursement of expenses, if applicable. 

We make every effort to get you to your destination on time. Unfortunately, flight delays do sometimes happen. Find out everything you need to know for when your flight is delayed here. If your flight has been delayed, cancelled or rebooked, you may be entitled to compensation or reimbursement of unforeseen costs. If your flight is delayed by 45 minutes or more, you will receive an email and text message from us informing you of the delay. You are entitled to care if your flight has been delayed by 2 hours or more. This care depends on the distance of the flight and the duration of the delay. If your flight is delayed, please report to the handling staff at the airport. If your flight is delayed by more than 2 hours, you are entitled to an expense allowance. If your flight is delayed by 3 hours or more, you may be entitled to financial compensation. If your flight is delayed by 5 hours or more, you may furthermore be entitled to the financial compensation applicable to a 3-hour delay. To receive compensation, please file a claim for flight delay. Remember to check the flight's delay carefully.
