What should I do if I left something on board?

If you have lost a personal item at the airport or have forgotten it on board, you can go to the Lost & Found department at the airport. If you are no longer at the airport, see the contact details below. Please do keep in mind that Transavia is not responsible for personal items forgotten on board or lost at the airport.

  • If you have lost a personal item on board our aircraft or in the shuttle on a Transavia France flights (whose flight number begins with TO) upon arrival of one of our stopovers, you can go to the Transavia baggage counter. You can also contact us and declare the loss of your object via our dedicated form.
  • Contacting the Lost & Found department
    For flights to Schiphol Airport:

    You can inquire about lost items by contacting the Lost & Found department: from the Netherlands, call 020 3330333. If calling from abroad, call +31 20 3330333. You can also fill out the online form on the airport website with all details of your lost item.
  • For flights to Rotterdam The Hague Airport:
    The Lost & Found department is located in the front office of the Rotterdam The Hague Airport on the first floor of the airport building. Found items are held for a maximum of one year. To claim an item, a valid form of identification is required. For more information, call +31 (0)10 446 34 44.

    For flights to other airports:
    Lost property on board and at the airport will be handed over to the airport of arrival. The retention periods and rules regarding the storage- and collecting of lost belongings on board and at the airport vary by airport. The contact details can be found on the airport website. You can also go to the airport information counter.
