How much does it cost to change passenger details?

You can make one change per passenger for free: first name, surname or date of birth. Gender and passport information can always be changed for free.

If you want to make more than one change, we charge a fee. You pay €55 change fee* per one way. If at that time the price of the ticket is more expensive than the original ticket, then you also pay the difference in ticket price.

If you have bought a Max ticket, then you can change the passenger details at no charge up to two hours before departure. You only pay for the difference in ticket price, if applicable.

Calculation example:

Example 1: You have accidently spelled a surname wrong. You have filled in ‘Jansen’ and it should be ‘Janssens’. You can change that for free.

Example 2: You have booked an outbound and return flight from Amsterdam to Barcelona. You have entered the wrong first name and surname. In that case, you pay €110 change fee plus the difference in ticket price.

Example 3: You are taking someone else than originally planned with you on your single flight from Paris to Barcelona. You change the first name, surname and date of birth of your co-passenger. In that case, you pay €55 change fee plus the difference in ticket price. With a return flight, you pay €110 change fee plus the difference in ticket price.

*Please note: if you made a booking before 24 February, the change fee is €50. Please contact the Service Centre for this.
