What is zone boarding?

We use zone boarding when boarding the plane. There are three different zones. Your boarding pass shows your zone. You can stay seated until your zone is up. Pay attention to the signs or the directions of the staff and make sure you have your own boarding pass and passport handy. This is how we all contribute to a smooth and fast boarding process. 

If you have added a cabin bag to your booking or have selected the Smart or Max fare, then you will always be in zone 1 and will be among the first people to board.
