What luggage can I take on board with Transavia if I’ve booked through a partner airline?
Did you book a flight through a partner airline, such as KLM or Delta Air Lines, and are you flying Economy Class? Then you can take one piece of hand luggage measuring a maximum of 40 x 30 x 20cm (including wheels and handles), such as a small back pack or hand bag. Always place this under the seat in front of you. The maximum allowed weight is 10 kg. In addition, you can take 1 cabin bag measuring a maximum of 55 x 35 x 25cm (including wheels and handles), such as a carry-on or travel bag. The combined weight of your hand luggage and cabin bag must not exceed 10 kilos.
If you’re flying Premium Comfort Class, you can take 1 piece of hand luggage measuring a maximum of 40 x 30 x 20cm (including wheels and handles) and 2 cabin bags measuring a maximum of 55 x 35 x 25cm (including wheels and handles). The combined weight of these must not exceed 10 kilos.
Due to the limited space in the overhead lockers, we’d like to ask you to check in your cabin bags for free. Is your first flight with Transavia? Then please drop off your luggage at the check-in counter. If you’re changing to a connecting flight with Transavia, drop off your luggage at the gate if there’s no more room on board.
