What happens after you request a group trip?
- Once we have received your request for group travel, we set to work immediately! You will be sent an offer with the price and availability of the requested flights as quickly as possible.
Please note: This offer is based on current availability. If availability has changed by the time you want to make your reservation, you will receive a new quote with a new price based on current availability. - Do the requested flights meet your needs? Great! Respond to the e-mail and state which flights you want to book for your group travel. Still not completely sure? You can place an option on the desired flights for a fee. This guarantees availability and the quoted price for your group travel!
- Finalise the offer by making a down payment.
- Payment of the group travel must be transferred in full to Transavia no later than 40 days before departure. If not, your group booking will be cancelled.
- Once payment has been received in full, the main booker will receive a name link where the names (as stated in the passports) and dates of birth of all passengers must be entered. Please note: The name link will expire 5 business days before departure.
- Once the name link has been completed, the group travel is official. Please note: It is not yet possible for groups to check in online. This must be done at the airport.
