How much does it cost to change my flight?

The change fee depends on the fare you have chosen. So, whether you have selected the Basic, Smart, Plus or Max fare when booking.

Basic and Smart fares
You pay a change fee to change the date or time of your flight or to change your itinerary. If your flight number starts with HV and is it more than 30 days before departure, you pay €55 per person and per single flight. If it is less than 30 days before departure, you pay €70 per person and per single flight. If your flight number starts with TO, you pay €65* per person and per single flight. 

If your new ticket is more expensive than your original ticket, you will also pay the difference in ticket price.

Flex:
Did you add 'Flex' at €10 p.p. per single flight when booking and would like to change the time and/or date of your flight? No change fee will be charged. If your new ticket is more expensive, you will pay the difference in the ticket price.

Please note: With Flex, you can change your flight up to 12 hours before departure if you fly to/from the Netherlands or Belgium (flight number starts with HV, e.g. HV6003) and two hours before departure for flights to/from France (flight number starts with TO, e.g. TO7604). Postpone your trip as often as you like up to one year after booking.

Plus fare
You can change the date, time and/or itinerary as often as you like up to 14 days before departure. You do not pay any change fees. If your new ticket is more expensive, you will pay the difference in the ticket price. 

If your flight number starts with HV and you want to change your flight within 14 days before departure, you pay a €70 change fee per person and per single flight. If your new ticket is more expensive, you will also pay the difference in the ticket price. If your flight number starts with TO, you pay a €65* change fee per person per single flight.

Max fare
You can change the date, time and/or itinerary and passenger details as often as you like up to two hours before departure. You do not pay any change fees. If your new ticket is more expensive, you will pay the difference in the ticket price.

* If you want to make a change via the Service Centre and your flight number starts with TO, you pay a €70 change fee per person and per single flight.
