How can I change my flight?
You can change the following things yourself in My Transavia.
- Change of travel date
- Change of flight time
- Passenger details
This can be done up to 2 hours before departure and you can immediately see how much it will cost. You will receive a new booking confirmation.
Would you like to depart from another airport, or fly to another destination? This can only be changed by telephone via our Service Centre up to 24 hours before your departure.
Are you travelling with special luggage, with a pet or have you requested medical services? Then the same applies, you can only make these changes via our Service Centre.
Please note that once you’ve checked in, you can no longer make any changes to your booking.
