May I use a Special CARES harness or other additional support on board?

Yes, under certain conditions you may use a Special CARES harness (or other form of additional support) on board. These are the rules:

• You must bring a valid medical statement;
• The harness must fit the seats on board (seat dimensions: 90 x 42 x47 cm). 

Additional medical baggage
The Special CARES harness is considered 'additional medical baggage'. That means you may bring it free of charge, in addition to your other baggage. To arrange this, you must notify us no later than 48 hours before departure by calling the Service Centre.
