How do I enter my name properly when booking?

If you have one first name, enter it. If you have multiple (baptismal) names, only enter your first official name. So no nickname or just initials.

If your name begins with an apostrophe and/or contains an accent mark, please omit these when entering your name. Including these characters will cause an error in the system.

Always enter only one surname when booking. Are you married and have you added your partner's surname to your name? Then only enter your birth name. This will always remain in your passport or on your ID card regardless.

Make sure you enter all names exactly as they appear in your passport or on your ID card. You will not be allowed on a flight if the name in the booking and the name in your passport or on your ID card do not match.
