How should I bring refrigerated medicines on board?

Unfortunately, we do not have the possibility to refrigerate anything on board. Medicines that must be refrigerated should be transported in a cooling bag or vacuum bottle. Make sure they meet the safety regulations for hand luggage.

N.B.: The transport of epicutaneous needles and syringes on board (in the cabin) is only allowed with a medical prescription. Please ensure you have a letter from your doctor confirming the type of treatment and the reason for its administration during the flight. You must administer the necessary injections yourself during the flight. The cabin crew is not permitted, under any circumstances, to administer medication, including injections. If you need to use your needles, please inform the crew so they can provide you with a dedicated sharps container for safe disposal.
